Any BBK fans here??
When I run, I am running as if I am running towards someone attacking my family. When I lift, I am lifting the weight that is about to crush my child. Every workout you do is preparation for a time where it really matters. If you do not train like someone's life depends on you, what will you do when one does?

I do like a lot of bbk stuff, preferred them back in the day when it was real grime. But grime has blown up massively and been made a bit too commercial in some instances but cant blame them for wanting to make money i suppose lol

That's where I come from with cars, you modify it to make it faster. All the other stuff is for scene kids, yeah nice wheels and some small asthetic mods, but some of these things are completley over the top, just to win points within a scene or culture, thats a bit gay IMO and people will only grow out of it with time.

It was the same 10 years ago with the big body kits and clear lights, that was the fashion back then, and this is the fashion right now. Either way, its RICE.
