I'd probably understand that mindframe if a fox had eaten your baby, maybe even a puppy..... but I think that's a bit extreme?

Foxes carry rabies. That in itself is enough to kill them in my garden. The fact that they are vermin is another reason. Oh and have you seen what they do chicken farms? Go find a local chicken farmer and talk to him about foxes. Ask him how much they cost him each year

People that feed foxes IMHO are idiots, you're inviting them into the towns/cities and inviting rabies to come back. Sooner hunting with dogs is made legal again, the sooner fox (pest) control is brought back under control. Unless you've had a farming history or lived out in the country around farmers you have no idea (IMO)
