Hi guys

As you have probably noticed, there is a new Bottom Bar added to the forum (much like Facebook), it allows you quick and easy access to the following :)

Along the left side of the bar you will have links to the forum index, editing your profile, viewing your profile and your gallery.

Messenger: a pop-out menu gives you quick access to your messenger inbox, listing all unread messages and a link to your inbox.

Friends: a pop-out menu displays all of your friends with an online/offline indicator, allowing you to quickly browse your friends list and see who is presently online. Sadly there is no chat function as of yet, maybe in the future though.

Favorites: a new feature included with Bottom Bar allows you to add any page you are viewing to your "favorites". The pop-out displays all of your current favorites, allowing you to quickly return to a page you've added (or remove it from your favorites list).

Hope you like it peeps! Should make using CL a more easier for all

Cheers

Steve :meditate:

I like it! Change is good :)

The only problem is I cant see the text of buttons after the home button as they appear to be the same colour as the actual tab and text that pops up above them is white so hard to see too..im sure thats an easy issue to sort though?

if you scroll your mouse over the tabs the text appears above them

ATT: because the wriritng is in white and so is most of the forum the text can only really be seen when the background isnt white :dunno:

What Internet browsers are you using people?

I have just tested it in Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.6, Chrome 7 and Safari 4. All seems to work fine for me :?:

Ahhh it looks like a lot of you are using the old skin!!! It wasn't deactivated! You should all be using the new skin now, so it should all be working fine!

Aha! That makes sense! Yeah its working fine now! I was't really keen on the colourscheme of the new skin, its too red for my liking, thats why I changed it back to the old one...guess there isnt a choice any more :P

Can we make it optional? I never used this layout as it's so garish, and the bottom bar just makes it even more cluttered. I can still access everything from the top anyway..

Sorry to be the first to moan, but free speech and all that.
