Hi guys

Just a quick message to update you all on the situation with the Feedback Forum.

We are still trying to solve the problem, hopefully you should be able to gain access by the beginning of the next week.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Cheers

Steve :)

FYI - I clicked onto this topic from the view of the forum it's posted in and it redirects to the index page. Click on the 'latest post' link on the index page and it comes straight in.

Odd...

It'll never take you to the actual main page though, it's as if theres a redirect setup or something.

Well good luck with that :P

Strange that it happens with this topic too though! Could be something to do with it's name? Maybe the feedback add-on php file shiz is interfering with it somehow. Weirdness.

And its back! :D

Andy was right, it is the new Trader Feedback System (not yet available to use), that is causing a conflict. We noticed that the topic in the staff room (also named Feedback Forum) was redirecting also. After contacting IPS, they have investigated the problem and they said it is definitely a conflict with the new system, and renaming the topic or forum name fixes the problem.

I am going to be in contact with the 3rd party application creator to solve the issue, however it's no biggy as we will be moving over to the Trader Feedback System as of today.

I will be leaving the Feedback forum open for view but no new replys or topics will be able to be made.

If you want to copy the feedback already given to a user, then you can do so by going to their profile and clicking on the Feedback tab. Just follow the instructions

Any questions, please reply to this topic or PM me :)

Cheers

Can't leave seller feedback still, not sure that anyone else does anyway, just thought I'd mention it.

Yeah, but I've just tried leaving feedback for a different member and it worked fine :dunno: I'll post the error message up if I see it again.

Yeh I found that too. Sometimes it would come up with an error but actually post it.
